Applications for an apartment home may be completed on our website.

Applications are typically processed within 48 hours.

There is an application fee of $150 and a deposit of $250 - to 1 month's rent.

For new renters we encourage you to do your research and read the reviews.

Rent can be paid online via your checking account or with a debit or credit card.

To pay rent, the resident can log-in through their resident portal to select which account to pay by.

Valet Trash service is a monthly fee.

Yes, you are required to purchase renter's insurance with $100,000 worth of coverage.

Utilities are billed by individual usage, not included in rent.

To set up utilities you only need to set up a Georgia Power Account.

Internet and Cable providers include Google Fiber, Comcast Xfinity, and At&t Fiber.

Your guests are welcome to accompany you to any of our amenity spaces. We do limit the number of guests to 2 per household and the leaseholder must be present.

No, we do not offer rent reductions for longer leases or paying in advance.

No, we do not allow subletting.

Early termination fee is equivalent to one month's rent and a written 30-day written notice effective on the 1st of the upcoming month.

Yes, we provide a variety of parking options; to include gated lots, parking decks, and public street parking.

We do not offer furnished apartments, but can suggest companies that you can pay to furnish for you.

Yes, we do offer short term leases.

Yes, we offer corporate leases.

Pet Policy

Yes, we are very pet friendly!

There is a $400 pet fee ($125 of this is refundable deposit) per pet.

We do require pets to be 1 year old and we have aggressive breed restrictions.

Yes, we have a pet park.

Amenities

Some of our community amenities include a Fitness Center, Coffee shop, Yoga Center, Rooftop terrace, Pool, Dog Spa, Dog Run, Courtyard, and Covered Parking.

The pool and decks are available year round 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

Our standard appliances include Stainless Steel Whirlpool fridge, stove, and dishwasher.

Yes, we include washer and dryer hookups in each apartment.

All packages are delivered to Parcel Pending Lockers for easy pickup.

Our community fitness center is open from 4am-11pm.

Our community fitness center equipment includes Treadmill, Elliptical, Row Machine, Free Weights, Bench Press, TRX, Cycle, and Kettlebell.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM, No fees for using communal space.

We are located in Downtown Woodstock on Market St.

The nearest cross streets are Market St and Fowler St.

Our community is by Downtown Woodstock and Reeves House.

No, we do not have public transportation next to the community.

The our community school district includes Woodstock Elementary, Woodstock Middle, and Woodstock High.

We have a private community dog park and are .5 miles away from the city's park, Woofstock.

There are nearby bike trails called Greenprints Bike Path.

Our residents shop throughout downtown Woodstock and at the Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta.

The nearest coffee shops are Reeves House and Copper Coin (both within one block of community).

Maintenance

We prepare your apartment for move-in in the following ways: Paint, Clean, Professionally Steam Carpet, Detail Appliances, and Inspect apartment conditions.

Yes, we have on-site maintenance.

If you need help from our maintenance team, please enter a service request through your online portal or our maintenance line and we'll have a team member help with the repair.

We will handle maintenance issues in the order they are received.

You are not required to be present during service request work.

We do not provide a lock out service. During office hours, management has a hard copy of your apartment. Outside of office hours, residents are individually responsible for obtaining a locksmith.

Yes, feel free to decorate your apartment but please remember that holes bigger than a quarter size on walls are charged upon vacating.
